Much more efficient version for mid-game quality spoilage but also bigger than the first blueprint.
- Can consumes full unstacked green belt of [item=spoilage].
- Can be used to clean bus from spoilage, if desired. Note that it stops taking spoilage when it reach it spoilage quality goals to avoid deadlocks.
- Items used here are mostly normal quality. When I put legendary items, it means "use the best you've got" and it will still work, simply slower
