Core combinators for reading a value.
Notes:
- Input wire must be red.
- Red wire must only contain one signal.
- Each display has a one tick delay from the one to the side of it.
- Each update of the read value induces a blank screen for two ticks due to the delay between dividing, multiplying, and then subtracting from the original value.
