Automatically sets both train priority and limit (...up to queue limit) based on item count.
Connect item container in buffer to power pole using green wire.
If balancing output, multiply {W} signal on red wire by -1, then divide buffer item count by the result for wagon average. Connect output belt for each wagon to average with green wire, then connect each output belt to its wagon's buffer with red wire. Set belt to enable if {Everything} is less than or equal to 30. (...or w/e)
