Same with oil refining and the final mall, which requires logistic robots due to SE's changed blueprints. Get construction robots to help finish the base. All belts should be upgraded to red, all furnaces to steel, all assemblers to mark 2. Upgrade mall assemblers to mark 3 and add modules as needed as you make them. This base stops just shy of launching rockets.
