This setup is tuned assuming that you have only 5 levels of plastic, LDS, and blue circuit productivity. More levels will make it produce more, as can higher quality prod 3s.
Coal is the limiting factor for these builds, as iron is over-produced. Better prods should go, in order, into plastic, LDS, and red circuits. Then green circuits and copper cables. Blue circuits last.
