Elevation +/- (Straight) cannot be used within a segment of elevated rail. (This could be fixed however would require extra crossing points for either the raised or grounded through roads.) As such I have included this utlity to allow Elevation +/- (Curve) to be modified to allow otherwise perpendicular entry/exits to be re-alligned. Also generally useful if modifying junctions.
