Updated with Speed Logic (Near Engines)
Will slow down in Edge to Shattered, will be medium speed between Aquillo and Edge, will be not speed limited during transit between inner planets. Will automatically throttle if missiles drop too low and will stop if anything drops into critical threasholds. Will also initate a stop if it takes dmg to repair.
Still working out why I cant pull eggs out during my done condition...
