Requests qual modules of every quality from the logistic network, and upcycles them to legendary.
You may input modules from the yellow belt to the right.
Tileable to the left.
Use lower-quality machines and modules if legendary is not yet available.
Make sure to use the same quality EM-plants as that of the recyclers, else the system will overfill, get stuck, and eggs will spoil.
ie, if you use rare recyclers, the EMplants making normal-quality prodmods should also be rare.
