Provider station that is limited to a given number of trains (aka train limit) at a time. Number of wagons is also parametrized. Requester/Provider group is used to split the network into multiple groups, so that you may use different lengths of trains. If there is less then one train worth of items, the station train limit is set to zero (station is disabled).
