(a)Before unlocking q4/q5, set min quantity <=0
(b)Recipes with many ingredients (e.g. EM plant) need higher quality requester chest
(c)Keep max > min
1)All quality levels
2)EM plant/Foundry dont lose prod bonus from recipe switch
3)Higher throughput by limiting input insertion
4)Buffer chests prevent overproduction, keep items at casinos (vs general storage), allow upcycling of already existing lower quality items
5)Sends ingredients back to logi network when crafting is finished
