This bp does not build anythiong. It is here to show you the space recquirement at the start of the game. It seems big now, but you'll grow into it :) The "interesting" shape in the top left corner is your starter base, and where you want to focus on for placing all future blueprints. The cargo pods are needed for future alignment.
