IMPORTANT: You need to upgrade from a V-Series (1, 2 or 3) or W-Series (1 or 2) to this in order to make it work. Vulcanus and Gleba tech needed. Blue quality reactor, solar panels, heat exchangers and steam turbines are NEEDED. 2 quality inserters are RECOMMENDED, not needed (normal inserters wont work as fast as the assemblers work).
Disable the activation condition on both fluid pumps until all engines are full of fuel then reenable the conditions. Only need to be done before the 1st trip.
