All the recent improvements have involved setting up a 10 tile high weave and then duplicating the rows to make it 48 tiles high to boost efficiency, but there is a way to make a 12 tile high design and expand to 78 high for 0.2% better density.
So far the only widths that have been checked are less than 100 tiles long to make computation faster, but there are much longer potential designs that could break the record, albiet very slowly.
There will be a second expansion, but it might take years.
