Rail city block made for foundation-rails. Designed for train to train factories with 1-8-1 trains and a train limit of 2 or for 2-16-2 trains with train limit of 1. Includes train fuel, construction supply and trash rail stations. Includes a manual passenger stop oposite the train fuel station. Factory area has a starter electrical grid and enough robo-ports to build the whole block and the stations for the next block to the east.
