"Sleepy Science" is a book of inserter UPS optimized labs that are enabled for 1 tick out of every 60. This reduces the active inserter time and becomes progressively more valuable at higher research productivity rates since the labs take update more often for each productivity completion update and thus cascades to the inserters.
