Output decider combinator (bottom left) will send a pulse and all contents seen on the red channel every 60/H ticks. Safe to attach input to other signal sources as long as H and Dot are absent. Includes lamp for basic operational monitoring. Caveats: clock will run fast if 60 is not evenly divisible by H, maximum duty cycle is 30 Hz.
