Displays the value of the parameter signal on the wire into the arithmetic combinator (either color).
The input combinator shows how to connect, as well as giving a sample signal. It should be removed.
The last display just shows the signal, and can also be removed if unwanted. If you do not need to show negative numbers or very large numbers you can remove displays starting from the left without impacting functionality.
