To use this blueprint: Paste it where you want in editor mode, add 2x3 tiles of water where the water pump needs to be (on the right side), then add the ore patches where the mining drills are (iron on the top left, copper on the bottom left, stone on the inside of the belt circle on the bottom left, coal on the inside of the belt on the top right, and finally the oil patch just under the rocket launch pad).
