-Accepts 9 input belts:
-- Bottom center vertical belt's left lane should carry the same item as the lane it faces, or be empty.
--The output belt's right lane is just for passthrough.
-Horizontally tileable: just overlap the beacons.
-Status monitoriting circuit: Use the top right combinator to set the number of ticks after a product is made that the light stays green for.
