A simple test for seeing how each inserter type consumes 20MJ of power.
To use:
Run Burner inserter dry of it's initial charge.
Insert 5 pieces of coal into burner inserter
Empty burner inserter target chest and press reset pushbutton
Ensure all accumulators are at maximum charge
Engage constant combinator attached to center radar
