There are programs that can verify the correctness of balancers. The ones I know of are: github.com/d4rkc0d3r/FactorioSimulation/releases github.com/tzwaan/factorio_balancers/releases github.com/alegnani/verifactory/releases I only have experience with the first one and I know that one can give false positives[1][2][3] so it's not always right.
