-Only the highest-priority fuel present in the buffer will be loaded.
-If a higher priority fuel type reaches the scanned belt, the inserter will first take all lower-priority fuel off the belt before loading the higher-priority one. All lower-priority fuel will then be transferred to the other chest. If a supply train comes back with lower-priority fuel, it will also be unloaded into the same chest. You will have to decide what to do with the lower priority fuel form this point on by yourself.
