Ag Towers need approximately 500 belts between them and the fruit bioprocessors. Decider combinator reads the entire belt and pass a go signal to the Ag Tower to turn on. This builds a JIT system.
Priming: 100 Spoilage needs to be put into the assembler once there are fruits in the initial bioprocessors. This will be enough to power fruits and Bioflux creation. Bioflux is then used to create enough nutrients for the rest of the system.
Speed beacon as necessary.
