Description

Makes legendary holmium plates at the rate of 120/min and saves extra 100 EM Plants. For max efficiency requires lvl 30 "Scrap Recycling Productivity". When downgrading to common quality adjust wait time of train to wait much longer (test out what works for you). If necessary change fuel to at least legendary rocket fuel (form hard upcycling solid fuel from heavy oil on Fulgora).
