Requires start up with exactly 40 U-235.
Will produce 41 U-235; and then put any excess in the lower box before moving the remaining 40 back to the input feed.
Takes 27 seconds to complete a cycle; 13.95s of that is processing time (4.3x crafting speed, 330%).
Circuits check for empty belt; before calculating the remainder of 40 to move into the lower middle box. This then triggers the left inserter to start emptying the lower upper chest; and then the system resets.
