Put item request and # of requested items in the constant combinators above the right "wing" of the landing pad.
Quick request combinators are for generic factory items when building an outpost. These can be enabled/disabled by turning the letter combinators on each section. Green light turns on when working. These feed into the normal combinators mentioned above, so it'll only provide what you need.
Enable/disable individual quick request combinators if you only want certain items.
