Instructions:
- Fill the heating towers with rocket fuel and keep them fueled
- Connect to a heated offshore pump
Notes:
- Up to 40MW of power
- Up to 200MW of heat
- Be careful not to quench the heat pipes
- Generates excess ammonia that must be consumed
