first stab at making an asteroid upcycler. can fly infinitely at physical projectile damage level 12.
issues:
- overbuilt reactor
- can take a bit to get off the ground if started on vulcanus d/t lack of oxide asteroids to generate thrust.
- needs the reactor fed and some temp solar panels placed down to get rolling, not present in blueprint
