This blueprint is good to use in combination with the EM Upcycler to make as much T3 legendary quality modules. Can also be used for speed, productivity and efficiency modules but you'll need to adjust the inserters filters and the requester chests. It will automatically recycle modules above a certain quantity to get as many high quality ingredients as possible for legendary modules.
