A complex contraption which reads the time of day using accumulator charge. DO NOT connect the left part of the build to electricity, as the solar panel and accumulator there should be self-sufficient. The right side's combinators may be connected to an external electric grid.
This will output an either negative or positive value. Any positive values indicate it's daytime and negatives will mean it's nighttime. Updates once every 5 seconds.
WARNING: UPS heavy. Drops it by 0.3 each cycle.
