Universal Lane Balancer. Ouput and Input lanes are balanced and throughput unlimited under any condition.
Properties:
- Inline, 16x51 footprint
- Only accepts homogeneous material
- Full throughput for any combination of lanes
- Perfect balancing to open output lanes
- Perfect balancing from input lanes in any backup
- Can rotate corner belts for earlier branching
This uses 16_16_balancer_blue (Raynquist Fall 2020)
