2 Belt Arbitrary Lane Output Balancer: These balancers skip input balancing to reduce size. Ouput is balanced to all open lanes given any input.
Properties:
- Not inline but short, 4x8 footprint
- No underground belts to reduce cost
- Not Input Balanced
- Only accepts homogeneous material
- Full throughput for any combination of lanes
- Perfect balancing to open output lanes
- Can rotate corner belts for earlier branching
