If using spoilable ingredients, add the timer from the biolab.
Change inserters pulling from machine to keep lower quality items.
To disable higher quality crafting, modify the decider combinator. Delete the AND groups for the quality. Switch to buffer chests, disable requests and change inserters to recycle higher quality. Don't request lower quality ingredients from buffer!
