83 rocket siols for a reason. Only reason for you to come back, is if the base runs out of raw resources. This should be built from remote view while you are starting on Vulcanous.
It will take time for your rocket laucnhing potential to come online, but this will feed you all the way to the end game, so long as you keep the electric smelters fed. The coal smelters can starve, vulcanous will soon take over all production.
