If non standart placing. Green wire from S % combinator to any pole on the cruise controle.
It checks Damage variable from hub (Connect hub with Red wire to pole), if D > 0 it will save new Dmax * 5 (At ~12 HP/s, each 1 HP requires about 5 game ticks of repair time.)
Run timer for this amount of ticks.
While timer is active current rule of -% will be active.
If there will be additional damage during repair time repair time will be increased.
If ANY planet === 3 timer will reset to zero.
