Two parametrized ammo watchdogs (Autolearns AmmoMax, if AmmoMax lower 80% AND ammo trend is downward -1% to speed, and vice versa);
Damage timer (If Damage taken > 0 => Speed - 50% for Damage taken * 5 (Repair speed in space). It will reset itself after parking to any planet.
