Produces *only* lubricant from coal and water. Powers itself with solid fuel made from leftover oil products. The medim power pole on the very left (next to the lubricant output) needs to be connected to your main power network; NOTHING else should get external power. This will draw external power when needed to bootstrap itself to self-sufficiency. Don't forget to bootstrap liquefaction with heavy oil and a stack of coal for the steam boiler up top.
