-Build this blueprint and turn off the "c=1" combinator in the center bottom.
-Supply the blueprint to the storage chest along with all the materials contained in the blueprint (i.e. 6 decider combinators, ...)
-Provide 10-15 decently fast construction bots to the roboport.
-Reenable the "c=1" combinator in the center bottom to start building.
-(So far:) Don't have trees, rocks, water or biters in the way.
