- Uses common accumulator on purpose for lower capacity.
- Alarm goes off if accumulator drops below 100%.
- Since it's probably momentary, combinators keep the alarm on for one minute.
- Turrets can flash low power without triggering this, but it doesn't seem to affect them too much.
