Read the notes on the displays. Takes a RISCV instruction in, and reads the contents of the two registers (Rs1 and Rs2). Separately, takes an instruction and a result, to write back to Rd (as specified by the instruction). Differs from other memory/CPU parts, in that the registers operate _per signal_, allowing more than a thousand effective "cores" operating simultaneously on the same hardware.
