Requests go in the bottom static combinator. Can create anything up to yellow science from smelted materials and water/crude, via automatic assembling of intermediates and fluids. Only bottom machines actually assemble, the stacks search and remember the recipe tree. See notes in combinators for details.
Quality modules recommended, as this allows single machines' modules to apply to entire recipe chains. Cannot handle quality requests but will filter any quality products into the second chest.
