This is for platforms bringing items to the repo. Only sends the items when at the planet in question.
Wire [item=green-wire] from platform hub to either decider's input. Hub must output contents and planet location. Place items to be provided to the repo in the constant combinator. Wire [item=green-wire] to [item=radar] using the planet channel.
